Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen. Eph 3:20-21

As he continues to work in us we are bale to: Be imitators of God, therefore, asdearly loved children and live a life of love, just as Christ loved the us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God Eph 5:1-2

We want to thank you for your continuous faithfulness in support and prayers as we are joined together to win the lost for Christ's kingdom.

Praises for the month of May you will find in the following pictures' Prayer requests for June.
1. Continued prayer for Al's sister Margie as she continues to battle lung cancer.
2. Linda's mom's health
3. Team coming June 14 from Houston Northwest Baptist Church to work with in evangelism, family counseling and a team to work with and reach out to the deaf. Pray for their safety and preparations.
4. Rest, strength and health for Al, Anna, Linda, Mark and Sherry in between the teams as the times with the teams wear us out.
5. The local churches do effective follow up of people ministered to by the teams in May.
6. Continued prayer as we continue to seek the Lord's direction to go to communities with no evangelical work.
7. Lord of the harvest to raise up workers for the communities the Lord has opened doors.
8. Effective follow up is done by the nationals from the medical volunteer team leads in May and as the gospel seed was planted the Lord will reap the harvest for new house church starts.
9. Communities of Huarapungo, Chaguin Chico and Chaguin Grande that didn’t allow us to bring a medical team in May after expecting us due to the influence of the Catholic priest.
10. Continued prayer for the excitement of leaders applying CP training through Bible Storying in April.
11.Continued prayer for opened doors at a secular radio station where Ligia and Linda are able to share the gospel.
12. Praise God for all He is doing and how He continues to use and lead us through open doors to reach new communities with the gospel message.

On the last day we all joined together and did some prayer walking in the communities of Santa Barbara, Santo Bartolome, SigSig and other communities along the way where there is no evangelical work. In the process we saw God at work and open doors with invitations to return and share the Word of God. We praise him as he is leading and directing us to a lost people. He has shown us and tells us to open our eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest John 4:35. So we pray and ask you to join us. Mathew 9:37 Then he said to the disciples, "The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field." The last community was Ruishio where the church from Santa Barbara is working with mission house churches to reach the outlying communities. They are also in the process of building a church facility to train up workers and they have asked for our support through prayer. They are being shepherded by Hno Luis.





In Giron on Monday June 2nd was a joy to see as many women (65) come to hear the gospel message through the women's tea party and the children (37) to hear the story of Jonah by Pastor Caleb followed by crafts and songs by Anna and the children's team from Clanton, AL. Refreshments were scarce until Al was able to make a run to the local store. Giron is a community where we have been working with Pastor Raul of a very small church through Ministerios C.A.S.A. led by Hna Ligia and Linda. We truly are seeing God answering our prayers and we give all the praise and glory. Marylin a native of Nicaragua but serving with the team translates the gospel message for Glenda. Meanwhile Linda, Mary a team member and Mariagusta from Cuenca fervently pray for the activities and God's power work in the women and children attending.





Ministerios C.A.S.A. was also a big success with 35 women and the many children of the community in Verdeloma in Cuenca. The following day the whole team was thrilled to see God at work as the sanctuary was filled in Santa Barbara Sun afternoon after a worshipful experience with a message brought by Pastor Jay from Clanton, AL. and the local church leading uin worship. The men also enjoyed a time of devotion brought by Pastor Caleb also from Clanton, AL and encouraged them about being Godly men.




Wow! The ladies were able to work in what ever conditions. Outside of Tambo is a small community with no evangelicals and we were able to set up next to a small catholic church. The ladies had to set up outside and did a wonderful job as over 30 women came to receive blessings and the gospel message. Anna and her helpers also continued to reach out to the children of the neighborhood before the heavy rains came. Both the women and the children also enjoyed the wonderful goodies brought by the team from the states.

It is amazing what a women's touch will do to a place that looks hopeless. The women did an awesome job decorating and working with what they had to make a place welcoming and warm for the ladies that attended the tea gatherings. Their first stop was in Ingapirka, a community we have been praying for a couple of year. Last year when we took a medical team there, we were asked to leave before riots broke out. But God is working and we were invited by a family that Pastor Felix, Al and Anna have been working with. They then were invited to have a tea party at Pimo where just a couple of weeks the doors were open through the med/dental team.




Not much time in between teams to rest. A volunteer team from Clanton, Alabama arrived May 27th and got busy preparing for their ministry. Nine men came and worked in repairs and construction of Ministerios C.A.S.A. while the 10 ladies gave of their time to go with us to the outlying communities where there is no evangelical work to have women's tea parties, sharing of the gospel and arts and crafts. The first day of their arrival was spent preparing.


In the business of the week we made some time with pastor Lucas and his wife to go and visit a house church in Gonzol which is about 2 to 3 hours from Cuenca. Lucas and his wife let in praises, Hno Guillermo the young man from Ambato shared his testimony to encourage the people and Al brought a message for the mothers celebrating Mother's Day. It was a long night as we didn't get back home until 2:00 a.m after driving trough heavy fog and dodging all the potholes. Please keep this house church in prayer and Hno Damien a young man leading the group.





We finished off the week with the medical/dental team in Jalupata another community with no evangelical work. We were well received and many received the blessings of medical/dental attention including pastor Lucas. Anna had a wonderful week ministering and reaching all the children of the various communities. Pastor Manuel from Tambo joined Hno Domingo in witnessing. We praise God for the new communities opening the doors and their hearts for the gospel. We must continue to pray for them and that the local churches will do their follow up as God wants to start new house churches.







Chunchi is a community if you remember last year we asked for prayers for as we witnessed to the catholic priest and one of the nuns. Sadly to say the priest is no longer there as he was asked to leave the community for seeking and conversing with the Christian pastors. But thank you for your prayers, God is still at work and continues to soften hearts. Many came to receive medical and dental attention with the blessings of also an opportunity to hear the gospel message by Hno Domingo from Tambo and Hno Damian from Gonzol.





Cotopachi is a small community up in the Southern Andeas about two and a half hours from Cuenca. It used to be a tourist attraction by train. A small catholic church building exists and a small school where children from the surrounding farms are able receive some form of education. The teacher travels daily from Tambo about an hour away. The people are opened to hear and have some one come and teach about family and God. A mother and daughter as they washed their clothes in a small stream of water welcomed us as we also invited them to join us with the medical/dental team offering free services in nearby Pimo.









Pimo was another community God opened the doors for us to go and offer medical and dental attention along with sharing and planting the gospel seed. It is a community over two hours away from Cuenca where there is no evangelical work. The services were offered at a home in the middle of a sheep and cow pasture. The owner Dominga was gracious enough to allow us to use it. We thank God for the medical team and their willingness to do what ever it takes in what ever environment to reach out to a needy people (precious souls). It was crowded in a small house but even the nationals who volunteered to help enjoyed serving our great God. I was a beautiful site to see everyone gathered around in prayer at the beginning of each day surrendering all to God. We are asking you continue to join us in prayer for all these communities that as God open doors and opportunities, leaders and workers would rise up and say "Here am I Lord, use me."
