With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints, 19and pray on my behalf, that utterance may be given to me in the opening of my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the gospel, 20for which I am an ambassador £in chains; that in proclaiming it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak. Eph 6:18-20

April 2010 Prayer Request
1. Continued prayer for the new house church that started in Ayaloma a community the Parroquia of Nabon. Daniel, the father committed to start weekly discipleship training that he may be the husband father and leader he needs to be not only for his family but for the surrounding communities. Pray that the family will stay faithful through the persecutions that may be expected.
2. Pray for a new Bible study in a home in Sigsig that was supposed to start in Feb. The owner of a restaurant has opened his home and is searching for God. There are only a handful of other believers with no church. There are a lot of obstacles and much spiritual warfare. Continue to join us in prayer that there will be a new house church plant in Sigsig and that home will be light to the community in darkness.
3. Please pray for Lucas, Felix, David and Al as they will attempt again to travel to Huangra on April 1st and 2nd to seek opportunity to share the gospel and with the hope of taking a medical team in November. We have been praying for Huangra a community of 300 people for over three years and there are no believers. This will be the first visit of any Christian presence. In the past we have been prevented from going due to bad weather, other commitments and last month’s attempt was due to Felix’s health. May God be glorified through all as we continue to walk with him and wait trust in His divine time.
4. Continue to pray for Elizabeth M, a youth summer missionary staying with Al & Anna. She is visiting different schools and teaching English. Pray for her boldness and opportunities to share the Gospel to the young girls through her teaching and as she builds relationships.
5. Continue to pray for Al’s sister (Margie) who is still battling cancer. We thank you so much for praying for her as it is God’s grace that is helping her through it for the past three years.
6. Continue to pray for the Counseling Institute on Saturdays. Pray that the students will continue to strive to prepare for the need of lay counseling.
7. Pray for Douglas, a waiter whom we met at a local restaurant who just recently turned to Christ and surrendered his life to His Lordship. Pray for his faithfulness and that he stay strong as he invites his friends and that the Bible study at his house will result in a house church of young believers.
8. Pray for Lucas, David and Al as they lead a group of 35 leaders from Guigra, Chunchi, Gomzol, Iltuz and Tolte in a time of therapy and discipleship once a month. There is much hurt, unforgivness and sexual immorality. Much healing is needed for the leadership to lead by example and growth of God’s kingdom.
9. Pray for a struggling church in San Jose, the canton of Santa Isabel. Pray for Al to have wisdom and strength as he encourages the leadership to stay faithful and true to the doctrine.
10. Pray for possibility of showing the movie The Passion of Christ on Easter Sunday in Tuctoc and surrounding communities where there are no believers and we have done some prayer walking. May God open the doors for His good news of the truth and His light to reach the hearts of the many living in darkness and deception.
